We think it's an ideal place for staying in Rome. The king room is comfortable and has a microwave oven, a fridge, and tea/coffee making equipment. Shared bathroom is clean. The staff are affable and very-very nice. It has highly convenient, exceptionally nice setting, just next door to Termini, transport and tram and road.

During our recent stay at a guesthouse in Rome, we had a fantastic experience at Guesthouse Ava Roma. The central location allowed us to easily explore all the main tourist spots on foot. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in earlier. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The communication with the staff was also excellent.

We stayed at a centrally located accommodation that suited our budget and needs. Guesthouse Ava Roma provided us with a comfortable place to sleep and shower, while allowing us to explore the tourist spots easily on foot. the communication with the host was great and they were flexible with our check-in and check-out times. the apartment had enough space for four people, and sharing the bathroom was not an issue. We appreciated the total privacy, except for the shared bathroom. Cons: Nothing, all good.
